Social Media Specialist
Position Summary

The Social Media specialist is responsible for actively engaging customers and influencers within the social media channel in order to generate traffic and conversions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Contribute in setting and implementing digital strategy and social media plans
  • Manage tam social media accounts, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram
  • Day-to-day management and development of editorial content on social media platforms, including tweets, posts and discussions
  • Run contestscampaign
  • Generate regular written reports
  • Proactively interacting with online communities across all platforms
  • Using social media monitoring tools to monitor conversations
  • Generate and conduct market insight reports and customers insight reports
  • Track traffic conversions
  • Assure social media presence & high reach
  • Establish and develop social media measurement framework
  • Define metrics for and social measurement programs to set benchmarks, KPIs, showcase successes/milestones and create opportunistic insights
  • Measure, optimize and define new business opportunities that optimize social channels and content
  • Manage and evaluate vendor relationships, platforms and contracts for all social analytics tools
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
  • Contribute actively to a culture of innovation to leading to a market leadership position
  • Generate and conduct competitive intelligence research
  • Proven leadership ability
  • Ability to set and manage priorities
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Arabic & English
